Grade B vanilla beans are a little shorter than A grade vanilla beans and may have some blemishes. They get graded a little differently and are thus cheaper - making them a great option if you are searching for less expensive beans!
 
Our beautiful vanilla beans are not dried out like some vanilla beans that you may have purchased. To care for these more moist vanilla beans please keep them in a container with a little airflow. The beans will gently dry out over time, but will not lose their flavour.
